Our Founder
Meet Andi.
With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Andi is constantly looking for ways to reduce clients’ tax liability through proper planning, and coordination with financial advisors and attorneys.
She provides an array of tax compliance and advisory services to individual investors and closely-held companies. In addition to her CPA license, Andi also holds certificates as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Though taxation is her main focus, these other credentials give her a more robust understanding of how to analyze financial information. She has been able to use this understanding combined with her taxation experience in assisting clients with the purchase or sale of their business(es). Andi’s roots in public accounting are with small local firms.
She had an eighteen-month stint with a large local firm and also spent several years with a mid-tier regional firm but found herself yearning for those close personal relationships you get with small local CPA firms. This is what lead Andi to start Alumbra CPA PC.
On her off time, Andi enjoys traveling. Though she can’t get much traveling done during busy season, she enjoys hearing about her clients’ past and future travels, as it gives her ideas for her next adventure. Andi is also a bit of a foodie, so if she hears about a vacation spot that also has delicious food, she’s all in.
